Instructions for Oasis International School Students
The registration process varies depending on your grade.All participants must print the OISMUN Registration Contract, and hand in a signed copy when paying the conference fees.
For C1 Students:C1 students can only register as Admins.

For C2 Students:C2 student can only register as a journalist, photographer or social media.

For C3 Students: C3 student can register as a journalist, photographer or social media.

For C4/C5/D1/D2 Students:C4/C5/D1 can proceed to register via the form located below.

NB:You must sign in with your Oasis International School email to access the form.
For D2 Students (special cases):
D2 students with at least 2 MUN experiencescan apply to become Approval Panel Advisers.To apply delegates must send an email toapproval-panel@oismun.net and secretary-general@oismun.net.
Payment & Registration Policies
OISMUN Payment and Registration Policies
By registering in the OISMUN conference, conference participants agree to adhere by values and articles of the OISMUN Code of Conduct, as well as the payment and registration policies stated below.
Breach of the following policies will result in an immediate cancellation of the registration.
Fees
The OISMUN conference fees are 1750 EGP to be paid at Mr. Ahmed Hussein office on the 4th Floor at the Oasis International School, International Campus or at the Accounting department of the National campus of the school.
Fees are compulsory for all conference participants and must be accompanied by a signed copy of the OISMUN Registration contract found below. Fees will not be accepted if not accompanied by the registration contract.

Refund Policy
All refund requests must be processed through the OISMUN website or through the following form. Requests made by telephone, email and/or oral requests will not be honored.
1- 50% Refunds – Less than 21 Days Notice.
Refund requests received within 21 days from the start of the conference will be subject to a 50% refund.
2- No Refunds – Within 2 Weeks
Refund requests received within two weeks of the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.
